As a young girl, I once quoted a line from a film to my boyfriend, not knowing it was from John Keats' poem, "Endymion". This line, "A thing of beauty is a joy forever", resonated deeply within me. Today, it serves as my guiding principle in photography. For me, beauty isn't about designer garb or model figures, it's about capturing the essence, the emotion, and the inner radiance of every person I photograph.
If you've ever met me, you'll know just how much I cherish my job. I still marvel at the fact that I get paid to observe and document people on one of the most significant days of their lives. It's not just a job for me; it's an honour, a joy, and a window into diverse cultures and backgrounds that endlessly inspire me in this beautiful city.
